Shipping
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process. All orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Slot Car Corner L.L.C. will only ship to the verified address associated with your credit card or Paypal account - NO EXCEPTIONS. Signatures are generally required on all orders totaling more than $100.00 USD.
Domestic Shipping
Slot Car Corner ships most orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Service. Shipments are generally dropped off at our local USPS office between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. EDT Monday through Friday (except holidays). Orders received after the daily dropoff will be shipped the next business day. We do NOT offer expedited order processing or shipping - please plan accordingly to ensure your deadlines will be met.
International Shipping
Slot Car Corner L.L.C. will ONLY ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International service which includes package tracking. Slot Car Corner L.L.C. will only ship international orders to the verified address associated with your credit card or Paypal account - NO EXCEPTIONS. Signatures will be required on all international orders where the local Postal Service provides this service. The Customer will be solely responsible for payment of any applicable Customs and/or import duties, fees, and taxes.
NOTE: Customs paperwork will be completed in accordance with all applicable U.S. Customs requirements and regulations. This includes accurately documenting the actual purchase price for all items. We will NOT, under any circumstances, falsify Customs paperwork so please do NOT ask us to do so. Further, we CANNOT mark items as "Gifts".
Delivery Time Estimates
Orders shipped to customers within the United States typically take 2-3 business days. Orders shipped internationally typically take 10-14 business days. Please keep in mind these are estimates - Slot Car Corner has no control over actual transit times or Customs. As such, please allow sufficient time for order processing, transit and Customs requirements to meet your deadlines.
Expedited Order Processing and Shipping
Slot Car Corner L.L.C. does NOT offer expedited order processing and/or shipping (e.g. overnight). Please allow sufficient time for order processing (particularly for custom-fabricated items) and shipping to meet your deadlines.
Returns
You may return new unopened items, with the exception of custom fabricated items and controllers, within ten (10) calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be in the form of a store credit good toward any future purchase. Custom fabricated items and controllers are not eligible for refunds. Custom fabricated items include controller hookup panels, power taps and controller adapters. You may initiate a refund by logging into your account. You are responsible for payment of shipping charges for returned items. A shipping service with delivery confirmation is recommended. Slot Car Corner L.L.C. will reimburse you for return shipping if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within thirty (30) calendar days of our receipt of returned items.
