| I currently own two of these slot car boxes and cannot say enough
good things about them. Construction, materials and finish are
top-notch and the price is very reasonable. These boxes are built
to stand up to the rigors of transporting your slot cars, parts,
controllers and the like from track to track over the long haul.
Attention to detail is evident throughout - brass corner protectors,
rubber "feet" which are securely fastened to the bottom of the box and a
sturdy handle which is mounted with nuts and bolts instead of screws are
just a few examples. Even if you never travel to other tracks and
just race in your home or basement, these boxes are a great way to
organize your slot car "stuff". There are several standard sizes
and configurations available including a variety of finishes; however,
you can also have a box built to your exact specifications if desired.
For the record, I am not a relative of "Whitey" nor do I receive any
compensation for recommending these boxes - this is just my way of
letting fellow slot car racers know about an outstanding product. |
